Sunday Stars

Sunday Stars

It’s my turn to host the Sunday Stars blog linky this week, along with Katie from Mami 2 Five who I actually met in person last weekend. Until now, we’ve just chatted online but I had the pleasure of getting together with her and a group of other blog friends for a soirée at Karen from Mini Travellers‘ house. It was so lovely, I have yet to blog about it as this week has been so hectic what with work, the kids, hospital visiting and all the other usual life stuff in between!

Anyway, for those new to Sunday Stars, it’s a place to link up your favourite blog posts from the week. It’s hosted on rotation by several bloggers so the best thing to do if you want to join in is follow the @SundaysStars account on Twitter to see where to link up each week.

Last week it was the turn of Mini Travellers’ Karen and Jess who blogs at Mummy of Boy Girl Twins (who I also met last week, woo hoo!).

Their favourite posts were How not making muffins means my kids will grow up just fine by Tammy at Coconut and Bloom, a post which reminds us we don’t have to live up to our view of the idea parent to actually become the ideal parent.

And Colour Your World – Strawberry Ice by Caro at The Twinkle Diaries, which features her top picks for pink-coloured pieces for the home. She has amazing style, check it out, I love the dusky pink sofa!

If yo want to join in this week, tweet your posts to either of us (@rainbeaubelle or @mami2five) and @SundaysStars using the hashtag #sundaystars and we’ll RT. We’ll also be pinning your posts to the Sunday Stars Pinterest board.

Next week the hosts will be Lucy from Mrs H’s Favourite Things and Kat from Beau Twins, who is standing in for Stephanie from Diary of Midlife Mummy who is on her hols!

 Now for The Rules:

  • You can link up to three post old or new, anything that you are really proud of and want to share.
  • Please remember to add the Sunday Stars badge to the bottom of your posts.
  • Share the love – try and comment on at least three other posts, including the one before your own. The linky will close at 11.55pm on Wednesday night, so there’s plenty of time to join in with your star posts.

X Julia
